The Coupe series is Nordkapp’s engineering response to all-season boating. This category eliminates the boundary between the dynamics of open sports boats and the protection of cabin cruisers. The design philosophy is uncompromising “Sport-Utility”: the closed superstructure is not dead weight, but an aerodynamic shell that allows the boat to function as an operational tool 365 days a year.
365-DAY USABILITY
This is the cornerstone of the Coupe concept. The hermetically sealable cockpit, the high-performance Webasto heating system, and the defogging technology free the owner from the weather. In November rain or early spring wind, the cabin is a thermally protected, heated shell that allows the season to be extended to the maximum.
HYBRID DECK CONCEPT
“Closed” does not mean enclosed. The Coupe models’ huge, electrically opening sunroof (Soft Top) and wide-sliding rear doors transform the protected cabin into an airy, open space in seconds. In summer, the breeze flows through the space, and in bad weather, the protection can be closed back at the touch of a button.
AUTONOMOUS LIVING SPACE
The Coupe series is designed not just for travel, but for living. Beneath the deck, you’ll find full-featured sleeping cabins, an equipped galley, and a closed toilet. This autonomy allows for multi-day tours (“Weekender” function) even without harbor infrastructure, ensuring hotel-level comfort on the water.
SPORT-TOURING HYDRODYNAMICS
Most cabin boats are prone to listing and slower reactions. However, for the Coupe, Nordkapp engineers retained the sharp, deep-V hull and sporty weight distribution. The superstructure is streamlined (aerodynamic), so the boat remains stable even in crosswinds and can be driven as aggressively in corners as its open-deck counterparts.
